This is the most critical step: You must select the correct “Source Language” (the language actually spoken in the video) before starting the process. Our AI engine uses specific acoustic models based on your selection. If your video is in English but you select Persian as the source, the AI will fail to recognize the phonetic patterns correctly. Ensure the “Source Language” matches the spoken audio 100% to guarantee high accuracy.
We recommend selecting the primary language (the one spoken for the majority of the video) as your source language. While our AI has some contextual tolerance, choosing the dominant mother tongue is the foundation of a high-quality transcript.
In addition to English and Chinese, we have deployed specialized algorithmic training for Japanese(JA), French(FR), Persian (FA), Russian (RU), Korean (KO), and Spanish (ES). For these languages, our recognition accuracy and natural phrasing outperform standard generic AI models.
Technical Specifications & Troubleshooting
This usually relates to the video’s metadata structure. If the “moov atom” (the data block containing file info) is located at the end of the file, the AI engine cannot read it instantly. We suggest using FFmpeg with the faststart flag or selecting the “Web Optimized” option when exporting your video.
