Get direct answers about choosing a workflow, creating AI video, keeping characters consistent, generating subtitles, using credits, managing billing, and resolving common problems.

01

Getting started

Understand the EasySub workspace.

Choose the route that matches the material you already have and the result you need.

What is EasySub?

EasySub is a browser-based AI video creation and subtitle platform. It combines text-to-video, image-to-video, consistent-character video, video effects, image tools, transcription, subtitle editing, translation, and export in connected workspaces.

Which EasySub tool should I start with?

Start with Text to Video when you have an idea but no source media, Image to Video when you want to animate a still image, and Subtitle Projects when you already have video or audio that needs captions.

Do I need an account before I can explore EasySub?

You can browse public pages and examples without starting a project. Generation, file upload, saved projects, exports, credits, and subscription management require you to sign in to an EasySub workspace.

02

AI video and images

Create, direct, and edit visual content.

Use the tool that matches your input instead of forcing every project through the same generator.

What is the difference between Text to Video and Image to Video?

Text to Video creates a scene from written direction. Image to Video uses an uploaded image as the visual starting point and adds motion or development around it. The available settings and credit cost are shown in the selected workspace.

How do consistent characters work across AI videos?

The AI Character Video workflow helps you reuse consistent characters and a recognizable cast across connected scenes. You still direct each scene, dialogue, action, camera movement, and continuity choices, then review the generated result.

When should I use AI Video Editor instead of AI Video Effects?

Use AI Video Editor when you need to assemble or finish footage. Use AI Video Effects when you want to apply a specific ready-made visual transformation to suitable source media.

What is the difference between AI Image Generator and AI Image Editor?

AI Image Generator creates a new image from your direction. AI Image Editor starts from an existing image and follows instructions to restyle, remove, replace, or modify visual elements.

Are AI-generated results always accurate or production-ready?

No. Generative video, images, transcription, and translation can produce unexpected details or mistakes. Review important facts, names, continuity, text, timing, and rights before publishing or using a result commercially.

03

Subtitles and translation

Generate a draft, then review the details.

Automatic subtitles save time, but the final wording and timing should match the media you plan to publish.

Can EasySub generate subtitles from both video and audio?

Yes. Start a subtitle project with supported video or audio media, choose the appropriate source language, generate a transcript, and review the resulting subtitle track in the workspace.

How can I improve automatic transcription accuracy?

Select the language actually spoken in the media, use clear audio when possible, and review names, specialist terms, punctuation, and speaker changes. Background noise, overlapping speech, strong accents, and poor recordings can reduce accuracy.

What should I do when one file contains multiple spoken languages?

Choose the dominant source language for the first transcript, then review the sections where the speaker changes language. Mixed-language recordings usually need more manual correction than a file with one clearly selected source language.

Can I edit subtitles and download SRT or VTT files?

EasySub provides an editable subtitle workflow for correcting text and timing. Common caption formats include SRT and VTT; available export choices are shown inside the project workspace.

Can I translate subtitles into another language?

Yes. Generate or import a subtitle track, choose a target language, and review the translated wording in context. Names, brand terms, humor, cultural references, and specialist language often need human review.

04

Plans, accounts, and support

Know where credits, billing, and support live.

Current plan details and generation costs are shown in the relevant EasySub workspace.

Are AI credits separate from subtitle hours?

Yes. Generative AI tools use AI credits, while subtitle usage is measured separately according to the current plan. Check the pricing page and the selected workspace for the latest included amounts and costs.

Where do I subscribe or manage a plan?

Sign in and open the subscription page to compare available options or manage an existing subscription. Pricing-page buttons also lead to the subscription workspace.

What should I do if an upload or generation fails?

Confirm that you are signed in, refresh the workspace, check the selected file and available credits, and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with the tool name, project URL, browser, device, and steps that reproduce the issue.

Can I upload any image, audio, or video I find online?

No. Only upload or generate content you are authorized to use. Review the Terms of use and the rules that apply to your intended audience, platform, and commercial use.

Where can I read about privacy or contact EasySub?

Read the current Privacy Policy for data-handling information. Use the Contact EasySub page for product support, billing questions, partnerships, security concerns, or a broken public page.
